PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS
AND APPLICATION TO THE OFFICIAL LIST
Hansteen is pleased to announce that a prospectus in relation to its move to the Official List (the Prospectus) was approved by the UK Listing Authority (the UKLA) earlier today.
The Prospectus consists of a registration document dated 23 June 2009, a securities note dated 30 September 2009 and a summary dated 30 September 2009. Copies of these documents will shortly be available for inspection at the UKLAs Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
In addition, the Prospectus will shortly be available to view on the Companys website (www.hansteen.co.uk), and will be available for inspection at the offices of Jones Day, 21 Tudor Street, London EC4Y 0DJ during usual business hours on any weekday (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted).
Hansteen is also pleased to announce that it has now submitted the formal applications for its ordinary shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plcs Main Market for listed securities (Admission). Admission is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 6 October 2009. At the same time, admission of the Company’s shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
