Hansteen carefully assesses investment opportunities in a disciplined and detailed way based on our view of the fundamental proposition. Our strategy is to buy high yielding property at a low point (in terms of occupancy, value and management), intensively manage it to improve income and value and, when the time is right, realise the added value. Across our three regions we have in place local, in-house marketing and asset management teams to take advantage of opportunities for both lettings and sales.
