Finance Team
The Finance Team is responsible for the management accounting and financial reporting of the Group. Taking a dynamic and proactive approach our team of qualified Accountants co-ordinate budgets, forecasts, treasury and trading reports. The team also produce the financial and management accounts for the Group. We are always keen to hear from qualified Accountants with language skills.

The Property Team
The Property Team is responsible for the daily management and operation of our portfolio of industrial property across Europe. They manage and coordinate property managers, letting agents, technical and environmental consultants with the aim of maximizing value and income returns from our properties. They also work closely with our London based Finance team to ensure effective cost management across the portfolio, which requires a keen eye for reviewing service charge reconciliations, monthly rent reports, expenses and income budgets.
